Our capacity for thematic mastery

The ICDE team includes about twenty permanent employees as well as a vast network of external consultants who are loyal and can be mobilized as needed. The internal team competencies cover various domains with diversified thematics including: (1) Experience in the management, monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs on behalf of various donors with a perfect mastery of USAID policies and management rules and public funds of the Burkinabe government; (2) A deep understanding of the issues of competitiveness of the agricultural sector and more specifically of agricultural value chains in Burkina Faso and of access to markets for small producers; (3) A good understanding of the Burkinabé private sector and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; (4) A mastery of the issues of facilitating access to financing in the spirit of P4R; (5) Training and promotion of youth self-employment; (6) and very recently, the management of irrigation water and energy issues within the framework of the USADF and the MCC Program
