Our management and administration system
ICDE is organized in three (3) operational departments all placed under the authority of a general management (See attached organization chart). A management committee composed of the heads of the departments and the General Management ensures the planning, the monitoring of the planning, and the technical and financial management of the firm. Our procedures manual and our management practices are in line with the management standards within the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU). Our management practices are those of international development assistance offices and NGOs, with segregation of duties and impeccable financial management. Our accounts are regularly kept according to SYSCOHADA standards using SAGE software, which allows for accounting and traceability of finances. Our financial statements are audited annually by external auditors recognized by USAID. We currently have a good archiving system and a server that manages an integrated electronic archiving system that allows us to keep and preserve the memory of our organization. We make it a priority to be fiscally and socially responsible, to set an example for the companies we support, and we are always and consistently in compliance with our fiscal and social obligations
